Purchasing from our Online Store

We want you to be 100% happy with Snazzy Baby Products. If you are not happy with your purchase we will cheerfully refund your money. Snazzy Baby products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for 120 days after purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt.

  1. You need to send your product back within 14 days.
  2. You will pay for the return postage. The original postage is not refundable, however in the unlikely event your purchase is faulty, we will refund your postage and replace the faulty product.
  3. The goods must be in their original packaging, clean and undamaged. The posting package must protect the goods as the original packaging did when being shipped to you.
  4. Please advise us at info@snazzybaby.com.au before returning your purchase.
  5. Your credit card or Paypal will be refunded once the goods arrive at Snazzy Baby.

Purchasing from a Retail Store

Shipping

Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of Snazzy Baby receiving it. Post throughout Australia usually takes 2-4 days and for overseas orders, please allow 5-12 days. Please contact us if you have not received your order within these times.

We use Australia Post for local and international deliveries and while we have very few problems with postal services, you should be advised we do not cover the loss of packages in the mail. If you would prefer to use an international courier service or insure your package, please contact Snazzy Baby for a quote.
